Salad Recipes
Ingredients :
- 1 cup pearl pasta (200 ml cup)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400 grams chicken breast
- 2 cups yogurt (200 ml cup)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- Half a cup boiled or canned corn (200 ml cup)
- Quarter bunch dill
- 1 tablespoon butter (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika (for topping)
Preparation :
- Boil the chicken and let it cool. Once cooled, cut it into small pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the pearl pasta, and lightly toast it.
- Add 1.5 cups of hot water and salt to the pasta. Cover and simmer on low heat until the pasta is cooked.
- Let the cooked pasta cool. Crush the garlic cloves.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Once the pasta is cooled, mix it with yogurt and crushed garlic in a large bowl. You can add a little water (¼ cup) if needed.
- Add the cooled pasta, chopped chicken, corn, pickles, and dill to the yogurt mixture and stir the salad.
- Melt the butter in a pan, remove from heat, and stir in the sweet paprika.
- Pour the paprika butter over the salad before serving.
