Salad Recipes
Ingredients :
- 1 cup green lentils
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- Half a cup pomegranate seeds
- Quarter bunch parsley
- 5-6 dill sprigs
- 2 green onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Half teaspoon salt
Preparation :
- Wash the lentils and place them in a pot. Add water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Drain the lentils and let them cool.
- Chop the red bell pepper and pickles into small pieces.
- Wash and finely chop the dill, parsley, and green onions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled lentils with the chopped vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pomegranate seeds. Mix well.
