Vegetable Dishes
Ingredients :
- 6 medium zucchinis
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tbsp tomato paste or 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1.5 tsp sweet paprika
- Half a tea glass of olive oil
Preparation :
- Chop the onion into small pieces.
- Cut the zucchinis into small cubes.
- Crush or finely chop the garlic.
- Add the onion to a pot, then the olive oil and zucchinis.
- Layer the tomato paste, salt, paprika, and garlic over the zucchinis.
- Cover the pot and cook on low heat.
- Don't stir until the onions soften, then gently stir.
- Once zucchinis are tender, turn off the heat.
- Serve with garlic yogurt.
