Vegetable Dishes
Ingredients :
- 750 g purslane
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large tomato
- Half a tea glass olive oil
- 2 tbsp coarse bulgur
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation :
- Wash, clean, and roughly chop the purslane.
- Chop onion and tomato into small pieces, crush or finely chop garlic.
- In a pot, add oil, onion, purslane, tomato, paprika, salt, and garlic.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 35 min without stirring.
- Rinse bulgur and add it to the pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 min.
- If water dries out, add half a cup of hot water to prevent burning.
