Appetizers
Ingredients :
- 6 medium cucumbers
- 2 level tsp salt
- 1 small lemon
- 1/4 tea glass olive oil
- 5 medium garlic cloves
- 2 tea glasses water (not fully filled)
Preparation :
- Wash, peel, and grate the cucumbers.
- Place the grated cucumbers in a 600g jar.
- Juice the lemon. Blend garlic, olive oil, salt, half a tea glass of water, and lemon juice until the sauce turns white and garlic is fully mixed.
- Pour the sauce over the cucumbers. Add 1.5 tea glasses of water until the jar is full.
- Refrigerate for 1 day before serving.
