Bakery Recipes
Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2.5-3 cups flour
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation :
- Break eggs into a large bowl and add sugar.
- Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy, then add lemon juice.
- Add milk, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla, and mix with a spoon.
- Stir in raisins.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan or cupcake liners.
- Optionally, sprinkle with chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35 minutes using top and bottom heat.
