Bakery Recipes
Ingredients :
- 400 g minced meat
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 large onions
- 5 sheets yufka dough
- 1 small cup yogurt
- 1 small cup milk
- 1/2 small cup melted butter
- 1/2 small cup sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
Preparation :
- Boil and peel the potatoes, then mash them.
- Sauté minced meat in a pan. Chop onions finely and add when the meat starts cooking.
- Add enough hot water to prevent burning, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Mix mashed potatoes with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
- Separate 1 egg yolk for brushing on top.
- For the sauce, mix yogurt, milk, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and oil.
- Spread the sauce on a yufka sheet, fold, spread more sauce, then cut into 8 triangular pieces.
- Place 1 tbsp filling on each, roll the dough, and place on a baking tray.
- Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp oil and brush on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes using top and bottom heat.
