Bakery Recipes
Ingredients :
- 1 cup warm yogurt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- Flour as needed
- 1/4 bunch parsley and dill
- 1 small bowl crumbled white cheese
- 1 egg yolk (for topping)
- Nigella seeds or sesame (for topping)
Preparation :
- Mix yogurt, melted butter, vegetable oil, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder, kneading to form a dough.
- Chop parsley and dill finely, mix with crumbled cheese.
- Form small dough balls, fill each with 1 tsp of cheese mixture, shape into rounds, and place on a baking tray.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Brush the tops with egg yolk and optionally sprinkle with nigella seeds or sesame.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
